Summary
L.A. Care Health Plan has contracted with Office Ally clearinghouse effective April 29, 2024, allowing providers to submit claims electronically at no cost using Payer ID LACAR. Change Healthcare services are being restored following a cyberattack, with claims submission now available through Optum Intelligent EDI and Relay Exchange.

Immediately: Billing team should register with Office Ally at https://cms.officeally.com by clicking 'START TODAY' to enable electronic claims submission to L.A. Care at no cost using Payer ID LACAR.
