L.A. Care Health Plan has rebranded their Enterprise Performance Optimization (EPO) department to Compliance Delegation Oversight (DO) and changed their email addresses effective May 6, 2024. All future correspondence must use the new email addresses: Compliance_DOCommunications@lacare.org and Compliance_DOdata&reporting@lacare.org.

Immediately: Update contact information in address books and billing system contacts.
