Summary
Texas Health and Human Services Commission is requiring Intergovernmental Transfer (IGT) payments for the ICF UPL 2nd Quarter 2026 program. Healthcare facilities participating in the Intermediate Care Facilities Upper Payment Limit program must transfer funds through TexNet by May 6, 2026, with payments expected to be released by May 26, 2026.
Action Required
By May 6, 2026: Facilities participating in ICF UPL program must schedule IGT transfer in TEXNET using the ICF UPL bucket. After transfer, send screenshot or PDF confirmation to Provider Finance Department Payments Team. Only applies to ICF facilities - most general healthcare practices are not affected.
