By September 15, 2017: Billing and front desk staff must transition from using BlueLine automated system to self-service options on bcbsri.com for member eligibility verification, benefit information, and claims status inquiries. Contact Physician & Provider Service Center at (401) 274-4848 or 1-800-230-9050 for questions during September 15 - October 27, 2017 outage period. Complete and return quarterly practice information validation fax in September 2017 with attestation box checked.
