BCBSRI is implementing quality and cost efficiency ratings for primary care providers that will be published in their online provider directory by summer 2019. By summer 2019: Primary care providers should prepare for public quality and cost efficiency ratings in BCBSRI's Find a Doctor tool. Cardiologists and orthopedists will receive individual performance profiles in early 2019. All providers must transition to electronic attestations through the BCBSRI provider portal at bcbsri.com - create provider portal account if not already established and monitor for electronic attestation notifications.
