BCBS Rhode Island is transitioning from the Change Health Care authorization portal to a new MHK portal in early September 2019. Training sessions and materials will be provided before the transition.
Action Required
Before September 2019: All staff handling prior authorizations must attend MHK training sessions or webinars provided by BCBS RI Provider Relations. Monitor the Provider Portal Alerts and Updates section for training schedules and materials. Learn the new MHK portal interface to replace Change Health Care portal for all authorization requests.
