Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island is announcing upcoming training for MHK (formerly MedHok), a new authorization portal that will replace the Change Health Care authorization portal in September 2019. Training sessions and materials will be provided before the transition.

By September 2019: All staff handling prior authorizations must attend MHK training sessions or webinars provided by Provider Relations. Monitor the Provider Portal 'Alerts and Updates' section and monthly Provider Updates for training schedules and materials. Prepare to transition from Change Health Care authorization portal to new MHK system.
