Summary
HealthTrio will discontinue support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 protocols starting January 19, 2020, which will prevent users with older browsers (IE 7-10, Safari 1-6, Firefox 1-26, Opera 1-16, Chrome 1-29) from accessing the system. Modern browsers that auto-update will continue to work normally.
Action Required
Before January 19, 2020: IT team and billing staff must ensure all computers accessing HealthTrio use modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE 11, or Edge) with auto-update enabled. Update any computers still running IE 7-10, Safari 1-6, Firefox 1-26, Opera 1-16, or Chrome 1-29. Users with unsupported browsers will lose access to HealthTrio services.
