Summary

Update patient registration forms to capture new plan options. Verify patient eligibility more carefully as multiple HMC2C, VantageBlue, and BlueSolutions plans are being discontinued. Update benefit verification procedures to note removal of free sick visit benefit for VantageBlue plans - first sick visits will now be subject to normal copays.
