Update billing system to reflect $0 copays for primary care visits at PCMHs, labs, X-rays, and generic drugs for BlueCHiP Value members. Train front desk staff on new benefits including acupuncture ($20 copay, 12 visits/year), hearing aid coverage, meal delivery programs, and transportation benefits to properly inform patients and process claims.
