Summary

HealthTrio will no longer support older internet browsers using TLS 1.0 and 1.1 protocols as of January 19, 2020. Staff using outdated browsers (IE 7-10, older Chrome, Firefox, Safari versions) will be unable to access HealthTrio services and must upgrade to modern browsers.

Action needed
Immediately: IT staff must ensure all computers accessing HealthTrio use modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE 11, or Edge with auto-updates enabled). Update any computers still running Internet Explorer 7-10, Chrome 1-29, Firefox 1-26, Opera 1-16, or Safari 1-6. Test HealthTrio portal access on all workstations to ensure connectivity is maintained.
