Summary
BCBSRI will publish 2020 PCP performance ratings on their Provider Directory in mid-May 2020, allowing members to view ratings after logging into the member portal. PCPs can request formal reviews of their ratings by contacting ProviderRequests@bcbsri.org if they have concerns.
Action Required
By May 15, 2020: Primary care providers should review their performance ratings on the BCBSRI Find a Doctor tool once published. If concerned about ratings, submit review requests with supporting data to ProviderRequests@bcbsri.org. Consider contacting the BCBSRI Quality Concierge program for education on improvement opportunities.
