Summary
BCBS Rhode Island has launched electronic attestation for provider demographics through their secure provider portal, replacing the previous fax-based attestation system. Providers must now use the online portal to update practice information and verify provider demographics.

Immediately: Practice administrators must grant staff access to update practice information through the BCBS RI secure provider portal. Staff without bcbsri.com accounts must obtain a Provider Identification Number (PIN) by filling out the online form.
