Summary
BCBSRI has updated their credentialing form for new providers seeking to become participating providers. The old credentialing form link will no longer work and must be replaced with the new updated form.
Action Required
Immediately: Practice administrators and credentialing staff must update any saved links or bookmarks to use the new BCBSRI credentialing form for new providers. Contact ProviderRelations@bcbsri.org with questions about the new form. Failure to use the updated form may delay credentialing for new providers.
