Summary
Effective January 1, 2022, Prime will change how they mail prescriber correspondence letters (Guided Health, MTM, and Transition Fill notifications) from the mailing address to the primary practice address listed in the NPPES database. Providers need to ensure their primary practice address is current in NPPES to continue receiving these important communications.
Action Required
Before January 1, 2022: Administrative staff should verify and update the primary practice address in the NPPES database to ensure continued receipt of Prime correspondence including Guided Health, MTM, and Transition Fill notifications. Access NPPES at npi.cms.hhs.gov to review and update practice address information.
