Summary
BCBSRI is launching a new Medicare Advantage D-SNP product effective January 1, 2022, for dual-eligible (Medicare/Medicaid) patients. Only providers associated with ACOs can participate in this network, and all participating providers must complete mandatory training by March 30, 2022.
Action Required
By March 30, 2022: All providers participating in the BlueRI for Duals D-SNP network must complete initial training available on bcbsri.com's provider page and submit the D-SNP Provider Attestation Form. Billing team should verify member benefits through the secure provider portal before rendering services. Providers who fail to complete training within 10 days of notification will be referred to the Medical Director.
