Summary
BCBSRI's bluegateway system will be unavailable from 1/22/2022 10:00 AM EST to 1/23/2022 10:00 PM EST for HIPAA updates. The IP address will change from 98.172.147.142 to 20.62.86.171, and SFTP connections may need to be reestablished with new server fingerprints and keys.
Action Required
By January 22, 2022 at 10:00 AM EST: IT/billing team must update any hardcoded IP addresses to new address 20.62.86.171, whitelist the new IP if necessary, and prepare to reestablish SFTP connections with new server fingerprints/keys. Contact internal technical team before system downtime begins. Report connectivity issues to IT Service Desk at 1-855-721-4211.
