Prime will change from mailing prescriber correspondence to NPPES mailing addresses to primary practice addresses effective January 1, 2022. This affects MTM and transition fill notifications sent to healthcare providers.
Action Required
Before January 1, 2022: All prescribing providers must verify and update their primary practice address in the NPPES database to ensure continued receipt of Prime correspondence including Guided Health MTM and transition fill notifications.
