In-network providers must complete mandatory training by March 30, 2022, and submit attestation forms to maintain participation.
Action Required
By March 30, 2022: In-network D-SNP providers must complete initial training available at bcbsri.com/providers and submit the D-SNP Provider Attestation Form. Billing team should verify member benefits through the secure provider portal at bcbsri.com before rendering services. Providers who fail to complete training within 10 days of notification will be referred to the BCBSRI medical director.
