BCBS Rhode Island has postponed their planned bluegateway system update that was scheduled for January 22-23, 2022. The system update will be rescheduled with 30 days advance notice and will include changes to IP addresses and server configurations that may affect provider connections.

When the system update is rescheduled (with 30 days notice), IT team must update SFTP connections with new IP address (20.62.86.171), update server fingerprint/keys, and whitelist the new IP address if necessary.
