Action Required

Action needed
Immediately: Billing team must update procedures for Blue RI for Duals members - do not rely on ID cards for copay information. Bill all D-SNP copays and coinsurance (20% for PCP visits excluding annual physicals, dental, and X-rays) to Medicaid for full coverage. If not an approved Medicaid provider and cannot submit claims to Medicaid, do not bill members for any copay/coinsurance amounts.
