Providers will continue using their bcbsri.com login but will be redirected to the new Carecore National portal.

By March 1, 2024: Staff responsible for prior authorizations must attend one of eight educational webinars to learn the new Carecore National portal. Register at http://eviCore.webex.com by selecting 'BCBSRI Provider Migration Radiology/Cardiology Training' or 'BCBSRI Provider Migration Spine Surgery Training'. Update workflow procedures to use new portal interface while continuing to login through bcbsri.com. Failure to learn new system may delay authorization approvals.
