Action Required
Immediately: Providers must log into NPPES to review and update all provider information including name, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and specialty. Add all active practice locations where patients are seen and can make appointments. Remove any practice locations no longer in use. After updating, certify the information is accurate in NPPES. This affects Medicare Advantage billing accuracy but does not impact Medicare Fee-For-Service billing.
