Action Required
By September 1, 2024: Practice administrators should establish workflow to review monthly GIC reports from BCBSRI and place chart reminders for identified care gaps. Staff should contact Quality Concierge Team at QualityHEDIS@bcbsri.org or (401) 459-1005 for any technical issues accessing reports. Providers should address identified care gaps during patient visits to maximize PQIP earnings.
