Summary
BCBSRI is updating behavioral health fee schedules for Commercial and Medicare Advantage products effective December 1, 2024. Updated fee schedules will be available on the provider portal starting October 1, 2024.
Action Required
By October 1, 2024: System administrators must log into BCBSRI provider portal at bcbsri.com to access updated behavioral health fee schedules under 'fee schedules' section. Review updated reimbursement rates for all behavioral health services for dates of service on or after December 1, 2024. Non-administrators must register for system administrator access using NPI, TAX ID, DOB, and email. Update billing software with new fee schedule rates before December 1, 2024 effective date.
