Summary
BCBSRI requires all D-SNP network providers to complete mandatory annual training on dual eligible special needs plan care coordination by March 31, 2025. Live training sessions are available through March 2025, or providers can complete self-directed training with attestation.
Action Required
By March 31, 2025: All individual providers (not office staff) participating in BCBSRI D-SNP network must complete annual D-SNP training. Providers can either attend one of the scheduled live Microsoft Teams sessions (October 2024 through March 2025) or complete self-directed training online. After completing training, providers must fill out the D-SNP Provider Attestation Form. Contact ProviderRelations@bcbsri.org for questions or to schedule office-specific training.
