Summary
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island requires all participating D-SNP (Dual Special Needs Plan) providers to complete mandatory annual training by March 31, 2025. Multiple live training sessions are available through March 2025, or providers can complete self-paced training with attestation.
Action Required
By March 31, 2025: All individual providers (not staff) participating in BCBS RI D-SNP network must complete annual D-SNP training. Providers can either attend one of the scheduled live Microsoft Teams sessions (Nov 14, Dec 10, Jan 14, Feb 6, or Mar 4) or complete self-paced training online and submit the D-SNP Provider Attestation Form.
