Summary
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island requires all participating D-SNP (Dual Special Needs Plan) providers to complete annual training by March 31, 2025. Multiple live training sessions are available, or providers can complete self-paced training with attestation.
Action Required
By March 31, 2025: Participating D-SNP providers must complete annual D-SNP training either by attending one of the scheduled live Microsoft Teams sessions (Dec 10, Jan 14, Feb 6, or Mar 4) or completing self-paced training online. After training, providers must fill out the D-SNP Provider Attestation Form. Contact ProviderRelations@bcbsri.org with questions. Note: Individual providers (not office staff) must complete the training.
