Summary
Blue Cross Blue Shield Rhode Island requires all participating D-SNP (Dual Special Needs Plan) providers to complete mandatory annual training by March 31, 2025. This training covers the unique care coordination model for dual-eligible Medicare-Medicaid beneficiaries and is required by CMS.
Action Required
By March 31, 2025: All individual providers (not office staff) participating in Blue RI D-SNP network must complete mandatory annual D-SNP training. Providers can either attend one of the live Microsoft Teams sessions (Jan 14, Feb 6, or Mar 4) or complete self-paced training online and submit the D-SNP Provider Attestation Form. Contact ProviderRelations@bcbsri.org to schedule office-specific training. Failure to complete training may affect D-SNP network participation status.
