Summary
All individual providers participating in the D-SNP (Dual Special Needs Plan) network must complete mandatory annual training by March 31, 2025. Training covers the D-SNP model of care for dual-eligible Medicare-Medicaid members and can be completed through live sessions or self-paced online.
Action Required
By March 31, 2025: Individual providers (not office staff) must complete D-SNP training requirement. Options: attend live Microsoft Teams sessions on Feb 6 or March 4 (12-1 PM), complete self-paced training online, or schedule office-specific session. After self-paced training, providers must complete D-SNP Provider Attestation Form. Contact ProviderRelations@bcbsri.org with questions. Failure to complete training may affect D-SNP network participation status.
