Summary
BCBSRI has established a new Behavioral Health Case Management program staffed by mental health and substance use professionals to provide education, support, care coordination, and help address social determinants of health. The program is available Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and accepts referrals via phone, email, or automated online form.
