Summary
BCBSRI requires all participating D-SNP (Dual Special Needs Plan) providers to complete mandatory annual training by March 31, 2026. Providers can attend live virtual training sessions or complete self-paced training with attestation form.
Action Required
By March 31, 2026: All individual providers (not office staff) participating in BCBSRI D-SNP network must complete annual D-SNP training. Providers can either attend one of the scheduled live Microsoft Teams sessions (Dec 17, Jan 20, Feb 19, Mar 11, or Mar 26) or complete self-paced training online and submit the D-SNP Provider Attestation Form. Contact ProviderRelations@bcbsri.org to schedule office-specific training if needed. Failure to complete training may affect D-SNP network participation status.
