Action Required
By March 31, 2026: All BCBSRI D-SNP participating providers must complete annual D-SNP training. Providers can join live Microsoft Teams sessions (Jan 20, Feb 19, Mar 11, or Mar 26) or take self-paced training. After completion, providers must fill out the D-SNP Provider Attestation Form. Note: Individual providers must take training themselves, not office staff.
