This information is obtained from voluntary disclosure in the CAQH database and will be displayed alongside existing provider language information.

Before January 1, 2026: Providers should review and update their race and ethnicity information in their CAQH database profile if they wish to have this information displayed in BCBSRI's provider directory. This is voluntary disclosure and will be published on bcbsri.com alongside existing provider language information.
