Summary
BCBSRI requires all participating providers in the D-SNP (Dual Special Needs Plan) network to complete mandatory annual training by March 31, 2026. Providers can attend live virtual sessions or complete self-paced training with attestation.
Action Required
By March 31, 2026: All providers participating in BCBSRI D-SNP network must complete annual D-SNP training. Providers can attend scheduled live Microsoft Teams sessions (Jan 20, Feb 19, Mar 11, or Mar 26) or complete self-paced training online. After completion, providers must fill out the D-SNP Provider Attestation Form. Note: The individual provider must take the training, not office staff.
