Action Required
By April 1, 2026: Billing team must update system to mark codes A4318, A4479, A6548, G0681-G0684 as non-reimbursable for professional/facility services and A2040-A2045, L5992 as separately reimbursed for professional but non-reimbursable for facility. Immediately: Remove unit limits for nutrition therapy codes 97802, 97803, 97804 in billing system. Update code 77387 to reimbursable status for professional services. Claims for affected codes will be denied if billed incorrectly.
