Summary
Saint Alphonsus Health Alliance (SAHA) individual Qualified Health Plans are no longer available for purchase on or off Exchange effective January 1, 2023. This affects the SAHA ConnectedCare tailored network plans in southwestern Idaho and eastern Oregon.
