Summary
Blue Cross of Idaho updated their professional claim submission requirements to clarify sole proprietorship workflow. Providers with only Type 1 Individual NPIs must now designate themselves as sole proprietors in NPPES or obtain Type 2 Organizational NPIs to appear in the provider directory.
