Summary
Blue Cross of Idaho updated their Provider Information Changes form (PAP230) to now allow providers to add or update organizational National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers using the Provider Request for Update form. This expands the types of provider information changes that can be submitted through their standard update process.

As needed: When adding or updating organizational NPI numbers, use the Provider Request for Update form available at providers.bcidaho.com under Forms & Resources > Provider Enrollment Packet > Update Information. Submit completed forms via fax to 208-387-6818 or email to PR2PI@bcidaho.com. Contact provider relations directly for ownership changes or tax ID number updates.
