Summary
Anthem HealthKeepers Plus (Virginia Medicaid) has launched Total Member View (TMV), a new clinical dashboard within Availity Essentials that replaces the older Patient 360 (P360) system. The TMV provides a 360-degree view of member health history including demographics, care summaries, claims, authorizations, pharmacy data, and care management activities. Billing and clinical staff must request TMV access through their Availity Essentials Administrator and familiarize themselves with the new purple-interface dashboard for member lookups and care coordination.
Action Required
By April 6, 2026: (1) Billing team and clinical staff must contact their organization's Availity Essentials Administrator to request TMV access for relevant team members. (2) Administrator must grant access by logging into Availity.com > Manage My Teams > select staff member > Actions > Edit Roles > check 'Total Member View' under Clinical section > Save. (3) All staff who perform member verification, authorization review, or care coordination must complete TMV training through Availity Essentials > Payer Spaces > Anthem HealthKeepers Plus > Custom Learning Center. (4) Update internal workflows to use TMV (at https://Availity.com > Payer Spaces > Anthem HealthKeepers Plus (VA Medicaid) > Applications > Total Member View) instead of the deprecated Patient 360 dashboard for member lookups, eligibility verification, and care gap review. (5) Ensure providers and billing staff understand how to locate care manager assignments and access clinical drill-down data (demographics, claims history, authorizations, pharmacy data) to support Virginia LTSS workflows and interdisciplinary care coordination. Failure to transition off P360 and establish TMV access may result in inability to verify member eligibility, care coordination gaps, and authorization alignment.
