Update billing system and eligibility verification processes to recognize new ID prefixes: QWY (previously ZSH) for Wyoming Select PPO, YWY (previously ZSP) for Wyoming Total Choice PPO, ZRW (previously ZSA) for Participating Provider plans, and ZYW (previously ZSP) for Wyoming Choice PPO. Train staff on all new prefixes to prevent eligibility verification errors and claim denials.
