Immediately: Billing team must update all systems and workflows to use new BCBS Wyoming member ID numbers with 3-character prefixes (ZSK, ZSC, ZSM, ZSF, QWY, YWY, ZSD, ZRW, ZYW) for all service dates after 1/1/19. Verify billing software is using NCCI edits for compliance. Update contact lists with new fax numbers: Authorizations (307-432-2917), Concurrent Review (307-432-2756), Appeals (307-432-2942), Medical Records (307-635-9366). Train staff on dedicated provider call center hours 7:00-8:00 AM at 888-359-6592.
