Action Required
By September 1, 2021: All staff must transition prior authorization submissions for BCBSWY outpatient and professional services to the Availity portal only. Register for training webinar on July 22nd at 11:00 am MT by logging into Availity Portal > Help & Training > Get Trained > Sessions tab > locate 'BCBSWY Outpatient Authorization Submissions and Follow-up' and click Enroll. Update workflows to use Availity portal exclusively for BCBSWY prior auths.
