Summary
Effective April 1, 2024, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming will no longer print remittance advice statements by request through their call center. Providers must use Availity for electronic remits or continue receiving them by mail if not enrolled in paperless delivery.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team should enroll in paperless remits through Availity to ensure continued access to remittance advice. Log into Availity, go to My Providers > Enrollments Center > ERA Enrollment > Claims & Payment > EDI Reporting Preferences > Claim Payment/Advice tab to register. If not enrolled, remits will continue via mail, but electronic access through call center requests will no longer be available.
