Summary
Bremer Bank completed integration with Old National Bank on October 20, 2025, changing all routing numbers. BCBSND has already updated provider records with new routing numbers for existing accounts, but providers who are changing to entirely new bank accounts must update their banking information in Availity.
Action Required
Only if changing bank accounts entirely: Billing team must enroll new banking information in the Transaction Enrollment section of Availity.
