BCBS North Dakota's pharmacy partner Prime Therapeutics is implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for GatewayPA.com starting March 28, 2026. This security enhancement will affect all users except those accessing through Single Sign-On (SSO) via their organization.

Before March 28, 2026: Staff who access GatewayPA.com for pharmacy prior authorizations must set up Multi-Factor Authentication on their accounts. Review the Login Reference Guide on GatewayPA.com homepage and follow the setup instructions from Prime's March 13 communication.
