Action Required
By April 30, 2026: Billing team, medical coders, and quality staff should access HEDIS provider resources through Availity Essentials by logging in, selecting Georgia state, selecting the payer from Payer Spaces dropdown, and choosing the Resources tab. If staff are not registered with Availity Essentials, register at no cost by visiting https://Availity.com and completing the registration process. Distribute downloaded PDF materials to relevant clinical staff, providers, and care teams, and schedule time to review them together. Ensure all pertinent Tax Identification Numbers (TINs) are registered if your organization uses multiple TINs. This is informational guidance to improve HEDIS measure reporting accuracy and does not change billing processes or claim submission requirements.
