BCBS North Dakota is continuing their Cologuard colorectal cancer screening program, distributing free test kits to overdue members on select Commercial, Medicaid Expansion, and Medicare Advantage plans starting May 2026. Test results will be faxed to Primary Care Providers, and BCBS will proactively connect members with positive results to PCPs for follow-up care.

By May 1, 2026: Primary Care Providers should contact partners@bcbsnd.com to designate where Cologuard test results should be faxed. Establish workflow to receive and process faxed results from Exact Sciences. Monitor for members with positive results who may need colonoscopy referrals and follow-up care.
