Summary
Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota requires providers enrolled in Medicaid Expansion network with Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) or swing-bed facilities to submit updated interim rate letters from their Medicare fiscal intermediary. Updated reimbursement rates will be effective the first of the month following receipt or fifteen days after receipt, whichever is later.
