By May 5, 2026: All providers with Blue Cross Vermont contracts must complete CAA Directory Validation received via email from noreply@onbaseonline.com. Each billing NPI will receive separate validation emails that must be completed. Visit https://www.bluecrossvt.org/providers/enrollment-and-credentialing and scroll to 'CAA Directory Validation' section for instructions.
